Sandra Lee attended the Time 100 gala last night wearing a long and asymmetrical one-(poofy)sleeved dress made up of semi-sheer ruched panels. (Lucky for her, It didn’t have a train, so no ripping mishaps occurred.) She accessorized with shiny shoes, sparkly earrings, and a boxy clutch.
