Yesterday morning, Michelle Obama spoke with participants in Live With Regis and Kelly’s Run Across America campaign on the White House lawn wearing a bright floral blouse, studded belt, and white pants. She then changed into a sleeveless dress from the 2010 resort Balenciaga collection for a medal ceremony, and later again into a sleeveless lemon-yellow dress with a patch of beaded details for a bi-partisan dinner.
