JetBlue Reportedly Barred a Lady From Flying Because They Didn’t Think She Was Wearing Panties
Financial consultant Malinda Knowles, 28, is suing JetBlue for allegedly booting her from a flight over concerns that she wasn't wearing underwear. (She was, and denim cut-offs too, under a baggy tee.) Even after being forced to prove her wearing-pants status by lifting up her shirt for a JetBlue employee — who Knowles also says waved a walkie-talkie in her crotch — she was told the flight's pilot wouldn't take her back on board. "I really feel like the guy just wanted to demean me in some way," she said. "Maybe he thought I was cute. Even so, it was totally inappropriate." [NYDN]
