The Naked Cowboy Walked in Express’s Runway Show in Times Square This Weekend

Express’s bid to break the current world record for most people modelling on a catwalk proved successful, despite the 100-degree weather this weekend. A total of 1,243 people walked Express’s runway in Times Square on Saturday, including the Naked Cowboy, police officers, tourists, and a few masochistic locals. The previous record of 521, set last year by Galeries Lafayette in Paris, was broken just before noon by New Yorker Lauren Griffin, according to Express’s press release.
