Young Designer Claims Nicki Minaj Ripped Her Off; Topshop Tee Draws Ire

• A 21-year-old designer named Jessica Rogers claims that the pom-pom-covered outfit that Nicki Minaj wore at the Carolina Herrera show this week was a knockoff of the designs she's made for years and sent to Minaj a few months ago. [Fashionista]

• LVMH's CEO, Yves Carcelle, is leaving his position to become president of the corporation's forthcoming art museum, Fondation Louis-Vuitton, slated to open in 2013. He'll be replaced by Jordi Constans, who currently helms French food brand Danone (the makers of Dannon yogurts, among many other things). [WWD]

• Condé Nast UK has announced more plans for its College of Fashion & Design, which will open in September 2012. Courses of study include a yearlong Vogue fashion foundation curriculum, ten-week intensive fashion courses, and House & Garden interior design and decoration classes. The corporation is hiring much of the school's staff from within: Susie Forbes, editor of Easy Living, has been tapped to serve as the college's principal. [WWD]

• Topshop is in trouble for selling a men's tee that — whether or not it glamorizes domestic violence, as alleged — is quite stupid-looking. [Guardian UK]

• Arizona Muse reportedly fainted yesterday just before walking in the Vera Wang show. [Racked]

• Brad Goreski is annoyed that his dogs got dragged into what the tabloids will surely call his feud with Rachel Zoe: "I just heard that I [supposedly left his job with Zoe] to spend time with my boyfriend and my dogs. And my dog, Jasper, is like 16 years old and that just totally stressed him out to be brought into such a drama! I’m being silly. I’m like, my dogs? What?
