Keds Recalls 45,000 Pairs of Kids’ Shoes
The Consumer Product Safety Commission began a voluntary recall of Keds 'Know It All' girls' sneakers today, because according to 27 complaints, decorative metal stars on the shoes' sides can come loose and cause scratches. This means the shoes pose a "scratching hazard," and owners of any of the 45,000 pairs sold can return them if they choose.
