Kate Middleton wore a coat dress by Orla Kiely and ankle boots by Aquatalia to the Rose Hill School in Oxford, England, this morning. As part of her involvement with charity program the Art Room, Kate will spend the day touring two schools to learn how children can use art to help with behavioral issues.
