Beyoncé made her very first public appearance as a mom last night! Wearing a slinky red dress that shows just how fantastic she looks! She arrived at the 40/40 Club around midnight for an after-party for Jay-Z's benefit concert at Carnegie Hall, where he performed "Glory" and made lots of people cry. But back to Beyoncé: She sat in a booth with Jay-Z and, according to our reporter, showed photos on her Blackberry to her friends. You know what this means, don't you?! PICTURES OF BABY BLUE EXIST.

In other news, Beyoncé is wearing Alice by Temperley, Louboutin pumps, and an Alexander McQueen clutch. You know, standard "just put the baby down" fare.
