Last night, Purple Magazine threw its Fashion Week party at the Top of the Standard, although the night started off on a bittersweet note: The sad news of Whitney Houston's death had broken just a few hours before. No matter, the crowd turned it into an opportunity for celebration, with DJs Leigh Lezark, Mia Moretti, and Harley Viera-Newton pumping out the classic Whitney tunes.
