Access Hollywood ran into Meryl Streep and Viola Davis at last night’s 2012 Women in Film Crystal + Lucy Awards in Beverly Hills. After several minutes of Meryl singing Viola’s praises (“She has enormous reserves of emotion, imagination, style, bravado, panache”) and Viola admitting that she doesn’t like to get dressed up (“My husband gave me the talk last week — he stared at me for ten minutes and he finally said, ‘V, you gotta do better’”), Shaun Robinson asked the onetime Miranda Priestly about the possibility of starring in The Devil Wears Prada 2 — still in its to-be-released book phase, but a movie will follow … right?! Meryl responded, “Yeah, no. No. Is there one? I’ve never heard about it, but sure.
