Video Look Book: The Housing Works Wardrobe

Peter Panton works for nonprofit organization Housing Works, so it's not surprising he bought his leather jacket, a steal at $25, at a Housing Works thrift shop. He says he likes giving old things new life and calls himself "a hoarder, just like Delta Burke." The day we caught up with Panton, he had just tattooed "Live Free" across his knuckles. Why? "I was born free," he says. We could use some of that moxie! Watch and learn.

Out Video Look Book cameras caught Krystal Brown on one of her "funk it up" days. An actress currently shooting a pilot for Nickelodeon, she says she sometimes tones it down but always likes to show her legs, as she does here with hot-pink tights and shorts. Yejin Moon's Buttons Are Mismatched, and That's Okay

In Korea, where she's from, everyday dress is more formal, but Moon's more down with easygoing, comfortable looks. Designer Solomon Eversol: Champion of the Handlebar Mustache

Coby Kennedy Just Doesn't Want to Look Like a Hipster

In the latest installment of the Video Look Book, our Nicole Hunt caught up with Coby Kennedy, a car designer with some intense hair that causes people to "bug out" a bit (he doesn't understand why, however — "it's just a haircut," he astutely notes). Kennedy also has a few interesting and not totally untrue observations on the difficulties of having an original style here in New York: No matter what you do, everyone just thinks you're a "fucking hipster." In Williamsburg, You Can Wear What You Wore When You Were 10

Graphic designer Eric Parzynski is one of those lucky souls who generally works from home, and you know what that means: He's spending a lot of time in his skivvies, which he admits is "pretty rad." When our Nicole Hunt caught up with him, he was sporting a snug hockey-team jacket from when he was 10. "You live in Williamsburg, you might as well be able to wear everything," he explains.
