We are starting a new weekly special. This week's special is a rum and brown-butter cake with spice-poached pineapple and yogurt panna cotta. In the upcoming weeks, we welcome any suggestions from customers for what they'd want to see on the menu, and would also welcome collaborations with any chefs and cooks.
Personally, we’d like to use the occasion of Fat Tuesday to plead for New Orleans–style beignets. And as for collaborations with local chefs, the mind reels. Whom would you like to see?
