Using new Zagat stats, Business Week serves up a slideshow of the world’s most expensive restaurants, similar to the one Forbes did in 2006. No real surprises here: London (home of Gordon Ramsay, and its $224 seven-course menu) has replaced Tokyo as the most expensive city for dining out. The cost of the average dinner is $78, compared to $73 and $72 in Tokyo and Paris, respectively, and just $39 in New York. That last figure is up a couple bucks from last year and about six bucks above the national average. But, remember, we don’t have to blow $3.50 for a gallon of gas to get to our restaurants…
