Owner Inez Bon says that the place will have “gourmet tapas and pizzas,” with an emphasis on organic ingredients and, to a great extent, organic wines. It will definitely be cool-looking: Jan Roelfs, the Oscar-nominated production designer of Gattaca and Orlando, will be doing the space.
