David Bouley has leased a 10,000-square-foot unnamed restaurant at 10 Hudson Square, on Varick Street, between Charlton and Vandam Streets, according to Crain's. The restaurant will be on the ground floor and basement and is expected to open early next year. A big-box restaurant from David Bouley? In this recession? These are strange times we're living in.
