Participants include Andrew Carmellini, Charlie Palmer, Daniel Boulud, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Jacques Torres, Marcus Samuelsson, Gabrielle Hamilton, Todd English, Marco Canora, David Chang, Masaharu Morimoto, Dan Barber, Anthony Bourdain and Eric Ripert (rehashing their stint cooking at Les Halles), and perhaps most exciting since he’s in from out of town, Grant Achatz on “Aroma Techniques.” A ticket to the weekend extravaganza doesn’t come cheap ($1,395 gets you access to the demos and a Saturday-night dinner at Fiamma, Picholine, or Union Square Cafe), so you may have to decide between this and that Top Chef cruise.
