Up until now, Kingswood has been telling people that its small downstairs lounge is only open for private parties, as UrbanDaddy pointed out when it declared the room its “new go-to party spot.” We’ve heard that this will change after Fashion Week. A reservationist confirms, “It’ll be open to the public, not just for private parties.” Of course, we gather that it was kinda, sorta open to the public anyway so not much has changed here, except that D.J.’s will probably spin more days out of the week and the doorman might not be as quick to tell you, “Sorry guys, private party tonight.” No promises, though.
