Roving Chef: Michael Psilakis Buys Greek in Astoria

Michael Psilakis is the most famous Greek chef in America, but you won't find a lot in common, at least superficially, between the high-concept food he serves at Anthos and what you're likely to get in your average Astoria seafood joint. That doesn't mean that the chef, who has deep roots in the Greek community, doesn't go to Astoria to get Greek food. On a recent afternoon, we went with him.
