Until 10 p.m. tonight, the original Patsy’s location, in East Harlem, celebrates its 75th anniversary by doling out 90-cent steaks, 70- to 80-cent pasta dishes, and 60-cent pies (ah, but the toppings are where they get you — 15 cents each!).
