Patrick Connolly is said to be the replacement for Jared Stafford-Hill, who was fired as chef of Bobo this week. A source close to the restaurant tells us that Connolly, who will be Bobo's third chef in a year, was the chef de cuisine under Boston superstar Michael Schlow at Radius. Had our Chefwatch eyed New England, Connolly certainly would have been included, as he has long been expected to break out on his own. Bobo reps said they couldn't confirm the name of their new chef but intend to issue a statement later today.
