Next month, Vietnamese restaurant Bôi opens its second takeout offshoot, Bôi Sandwich, on Third Avenue between 44th and 45th Streets. Bôi to Go already serves the chainlet's somewhat controversial (avocado instead of aioli!) crusty specimens on Second Avenue, but who wants to walk that extra block east come winter? [Midtown Lunch]
