It’s still under construction, but Double Crown, the restaurant that went by the working name Superior till AvroKO landed the old Mannahatta space for it, will soft-open for a friends-and-family preview this Saturday. Says the invite, “We've been working hard on building our new restaurant on the Bowery, concocting our very own ginger beer, and even sewing aprons for our lovely waitstaff!” Make sure to compliment your server.
