The Flo chart has news on the chef that will replace Andrew Carmellini, who left A Voce in June to open his own place: "Missy Robbins, who was the executive chef at Spiaggia in Chicago for five years, will start next week as executive chef at A Voce, overseeing the kitchen of the restaurant on East 26th Street and the branch that will open early next year in the Time Warner Center."
