Liza Queen tells us that the pride of Greenpoint foodies, Queen's Hideaway, is closing due to "the usual lease issues." Currently, they’re only open Thursday through Saturday evenings until their last night on October 18. Queen had no word on what will take over the space, but joked, “It will probably be some horrible restaurant. That’s what always happens.” Sigh. She's actively looking for new work, and assures us she's “not going anywhere.”
