The Eighth Avenue and 33rd Street location matches an inactive OpenTable listing for "Lugo Café." If you call the number listed, you'll reach Tupelo Grill at 1 Penn Plaza, a steakhouse currently closed for renovations. An outgoing message says a new venture will open in the space in October. Scott Conant insisted to us that he knew nothing about Lugo, but curiously added that "it's not a steakhouse."
