Lawyers for four employees of 230 Fifth announced today a lawsuit against owner Steven Greenberg, accusing him of paying below minimum wage and skimming tips. Earlier this summer, the Daily News called out Greenberg for ejecting a meeting of the Black Public Relations Society from the club's rooftop for not spending enough money. At the time, Greenberg said he was protecting his cocktail server, who "was not making any gratuities."
