Before Aspen Social Club opens in Vikram Chatwal's new Stay hotel this Thursday with a private party featuring none other than the MisShapes, here’s a first look at the bells and whistles that designer Steve Lewis told us about earlier. We have to say, the caved-in wood-plank ceiling turned out pretty great, and ditto the acid-etched glass walls — but we’re not sure how we feel about the $100,000 worth of illuminated antlers over the dining room. We were willing to forgive the antler candleholders at the Libertine, but is this the moment when “mandeliers” (super manly chandeliers) went a little too far? You tell us.
