When he's not running the kitchen at the Loews Regency Hotel's 540 Park, chef Andrew Rubin carves elaborate pumpkins in his off hours. With his help, you won't have to resort to triangle-eyes, triangle-nose, and slash-mouth this year. Stop by the hotel on Thursday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and get an education from the master carver himself. The first 50 kids get free pumpkins to hack up, as well as hot cider and cookies.
