Eater dropped into that Charles preview dinner, and while it confirmed some of the details that consulting chef John DeLucie shared with us earlier, it didn't manage to get a decent photo. Owners Doug Akin and Cobi Levy are taking a Beatrice-like anti-photography stance and, per this report, they’re also hoping the place will be “super exclusive with a Waverly Inn–like resy policy.” So will celebs now be vanishing into a Bermuda Triangle–like trifecta of hot spots in the West Village (Waverly, Beatrice, Charles)?
