Two of the more notable Election Night specials that have come our way: Craftsteak will debut, on its bar menu, the burger with balsamic onions and truffled Pecorino Romano that Colicchio was slinging at the Burger Bash. And though the whole “red” and “blue” cocktail thing is beyond played, you gotta love Thom Bar for offering a “Red Maverick” at double the price of its $5 Blue Barack. Clearly they’re not buying that whole thing about McCain being the choice of Joe Six-Pack.
