A reader has an urgent plea: “I am desperately trying to make a reservation for Tom: Tuesday Dinner for December 9th — reservations start being taken today at 10 a.m. But the line is down. So I called Craft — the line is down there too. Same thing with Craftbar. I am devastated. (Ok — dramatic, I know) Do you know anything about this?” We know about as much as you do — we’re getting a “call cannot be completed as dialed” message at Tom. But be calm, dear reader — we suspect that this too shall pass.

Update: At 10:55 a.m. we got the reservationist's voicemail. Reservations can't be made via message but the phone lines, at least, are back up.
