It was only a matter of time before a crêpe truck (and not just Zekria Naimi's cart on Prince and Broadway) started making the rounds, and who better to steer it than the folks at Le Gamin? A week out of the gate, the truck, which also serves salads and sandwiches, is still experimenting with locations — so far it has hit Union Square, the Prospect Park Greenmarket, and Bleecker Street Park, and you can stay up on its current location via its blog. As of now it isn't one of the trucks on Twitter.
