Answering questions over at the Times, Frank Bruni says he loves “the texture and consistency of lamb hearts” and the “custard-like richness of brain.” Braaaains. Meanwhile, Metromix asks some chefs to name the freakiest foods they’ve ever tried, and they range from jellyfish (Michael Psilakis) to stuffed pig’s bladder (Ed Brown) to whale carpaccio (Will Goldfarb). The most horrifying part of the interview, though, deals with kitchen accidents (missing digits, cooked flesh, and the like).
