After a press conference yesterday, the Post reveals more about what it’s calling the Hawaiian Danger Zone, saying that the dormitory where waitresses were given discount housing was a “sleazy house of sin” routinely visited by male managers (now we know why it was never turned into a reality TV show!). One of them, Anthony Rakis, is also accused of sexually assaulting a bartender, Michelle Hasiuk, in the restaurant’s basement (Rakis denies all charges). Back when we interviewed the HTZ’s Tina Marino, we asked her if she ever got lewd comments from the back of the house and she said no — maybe we should’ve been asking about the front of the house.
