Murray’s Cheese, which released its annual gift guide this week (standout item: A “P-R & J” combo of Parmigiano-Reggiano and balsamic jelly), writes in with some genuine news. In November it will open Murray’s Real Salami in the Grand Central Market, where it already has a cheese station. “Murray’s Real Salami will be to cured and cooked meat what Murray’s Cheese is to dairy; a shop where you can learn about, taste, and buy the best artisan-made meats, sourced from conscientious farmers and producers.” Nice.
