Pork and Waffles

One trend met another in a Wafels and Dinges lunch special today: "Smoked Pulled Pork BBQ on a waffle with coleslaw and sweet BBQ sauce." Whoa. A Midtown Lunch commenter reports: "Eaten individually, the components weren’t great. However, getting a bit of everything into the bite made for a pretty tasty sweet and savory lunch. At $8, I probably wouldn’t make a habit of these but they’re fun — esp the koolaid pickles." [Midtown Lunch]
