Serious Eats asked Teodora chef and piadina expert Giancarlo Quadalti to sample Starbuck's new — gasp — folded mushroom-ricotta and sausage-cheddar versions of the Italian snack. The fact that the mass-produced version bends "like silly putty" when you lift one is disconcerting, but who needs authenticity when you can know calories! [Serious Eats]
