The menu for tonight's Tom: Tuesday Dinner is up. Some bold sweet-and-savory combos here: risotto with stuffed squid and cocoa nibs; ricotta-cheese gnocchi with Meyer lemon and grapefruit puree. And what’s this, Concord-grape soda? It ain’t root beer, but it’s a nice touch. Anyone who's going tonight, let us know how it works out. [Tom: Tuesday Dinner]
