To celebrate its one-year anniversary, Wafels and Dinges is expanding its menu to include the Smokin' Joe's Pulled Pork BBQ Wafel, which debuted as a lunch special earlier this month. For $8.50, you'll get a "slow-smoked, tender pulled pork BBQ atop a freshly baked waffle, with a dollop of crisp, crunchy slaw, a dash of tangy-sweet BBQ sauce, and crowned with a cherry red kool-icle (a pickle sweetened with Kool-Aid)." There's also a new Mini Wafelini that's small enough to serve as an afternoon snack.
