We’ve gotten wind that Noah Tepperberg, owner of Marquee, is the latest operator to pursue the Earth space in West Chelsea — a nice get since its 2,500 square feet fits 299 and has two bars and a full kitchen. He’s headed to a Community Board 4 meeting tonight to plead his case for a liquor-license transfer, and assures us via an exclusive statement, “We have been working with the top security, traffic, and noise consultants to develop a remodeling plan that will address all known community-minded issues and hopefully we will be welcomed by CB4, as we are looking forward to our new opening or new digs in early 2009.” Noted!
