This morning, something was rotten over at Delicatessen, the Soho eatery everyone loves to hate. According to a Gothamist source, the restaurant was “crawling with cops” and sealed off with police tape. Two officers were seen talking to a “distraught manager-type,” and a safe was being dusted for fingerprints. So far Delicatessen is staying mum other than to say it's doing some cleaning, but it's expected to reopen at 1 p.m.
