Eat a Chinatown Thanksgiving
11/24/08 at 1:18 PM
If you’re having somewhat adventurous guests over for Thanksgiving, order a Cantonese-style air-dried turkey from Roasted Delights in Chinatown. Serious Eats took a field trip there recently and raved about the hacked-up bird “served with soy sauce and a mysterious, delicious gravy.” The turkeys are $4.75 a pound, and run about fifteen pounds. Tomorrow is the last day to order. [Serious Eats]
