Momofuku Bakery & Milk Bar is set to open by Friday, and Eater has snagged the menu. We don’t even know where to begin with this. The soft-serve toppings alone are mind-blowing: fingerling potato chips, brown-butter solids, cherry-cola cherries! How about some warm pickled tristar strawberry jam drizzled on top? Or some tristar milk from Thistle Farm? (At last! Locavore Yoohoo!) There are also cookies, cakes, and breads along the lines of chorizo challah (two words we never thought we’d see together) and pork-sausage corn bread. And just when we thought our jaws couldn’t drop any further, the last item on the menu: Lone Star beer. [Eater]
