Jefferson Market Still Iffy

After not being able to restock items and then getting its power shut off by Con Ed, longtime mom-and-pop grocer Jefferson Market announced at the end of October that it was closing indefinitely to restructure. If you’re wondering what’s up, a report on tonight’s NBC 4 News at 11 p.m. promises to investigate, and it doesn’t look good: The promo says the West Village institution may be lost.
