According to Kitchen Rat, the John Dory is still waiting for gas, but to tide you over, the magazine has the first food shot. Rob and Robin: “The Spotted Pig is a hard act to follow, but with the John Dory, Ken Friedman and chef April Bloomfield are embarking on a piscine sequel. As befits a British seafood restaurant, fish are everywhere: on the wall tiles, the bar top, the stained-glass ceiling, the 900-gallon tank, and of course, the menu, which ranges from oyster pan roast to broiled lobster.”
