The new issue of Edible Brooklyn is out — there’s a feature on the Orchard, “the greatest fruit store in New York City and possibly the world” (a smidge hyperbolic? Well, it’s written by Josh Ozersky — but then if our carnivorous friend is praising a fruit store, it might just be true), another on Fette Sau, and still another on the 105-year-old Brooklyn extrusion-die company that gives Kraft Macaroni & Cheese its shape. Our favorite, though, is the feature on food-related tattoos: Check out the “Be Still My Heart” cheeseburger tat. Swoon.
