A couple of lawsuits involving celebrity restaurateurs — first, Ago chef Mirco del Vecchio’s lawyer tells the Post that his client will sue in the realm of $3 million if the restaurant replaces him with Jean-Georges Vongerichten in January (the Post has heard a rumor to this effect, though the restaurant denies it). Meanwhile, Felipe Ramales, a busboy at Justin Timberlake’s Southern Hospitality, is suing the place for allegedly withholding overtime pay and tips. The restaurant denies the charge. Timberlake couldn’t be reached, but we’re guessing his comment would’ve been, “Cry me a river.”
