Poor Two Boots — first it shuttered its beloved video store and theater on Avenue A (the pizza joint remains open), and now, according to its Website and intel reported to Midtown Lunch, it has lost its lease at Rockefeller Center and will close its outpost there tomorrow. But it’s not all gloom and ’shrooms — the chain recently opened an Upper East Side location at Second Avenue and 82nd Street, and in January it’ll open a branch at 625 Ninth Avenue at 45th Street.
