Which Cookbooks Make Good Gifts?

In the magazine's recent gift guide, Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld made several cookbook recommendations. Grub Street's Alexandra Vallis took their reading list to the CW 11 this morning to show what some of the recipes look like prepared and plated.
