The head of the State Liquor Authority, Daniel Boyle, tells the Post that an aide to Governor Paterson tried to “intimidate” him, back in August, into renewing Cipriani’s liquor licenses, and that a Cipriani lawyer seemed to be privy to inside information that a board member appointed by Paterson was going to vote in favor of a renewal. The Post’s headline: CIPRIANI MUSCLE ENTRÉE. [NYP]
